What does a typical day look like for you?

No two days are the same — that's honestly what I love about it. I might start with a drain cleaning in Highlands Ranch, get a call about a burst pipe in Parker, and finish the day scoping a sewer line in Lone Tree. I run the field operations, so I'm usually the first one on site for anything that needs immediate attention. I like it that way.

What's your specialty?

Main line work. Sewer lines, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting — the stuff that requires the big equipment and a lot of experience to read correctly. A lot of companies will snake a drain and call it done. We actually diagnose what's going on down there. Camera inspections, root intrusion, pipe condition — I want to know the full picture before I recommend a fix.

What's it like working with your dad?

People always ask that like it might be awkward, but honestly it's the best setup I can imagine. He taught me everything I know about the trade, and now we run the business together. We have different strengths — he's the master plumber and the big-picture guy, I'm the field operator. We complement each other well. And we both care about the same thing: doing right by the customer.

What do you want customers to know before they call?

We're not going to upsell you on something you don't need. If I can fix it with a $40 part and an hour of labor, that's what I'm going to tell you. I'd rather have you call us back in five years than overcharge you today and never hear from you again. That's just how we operate.
